Per 2nd of May 2014 Rabobank has reached agreement for the sale of all her shares (100%) of the Plymovent Group. The new shareholder is directly related to the Family Investment Office of the Driessen Family in The Netherlands. This investor acquires majority stakes in industrial companies and has a long term approach to their investments.
Friso Horstmeier has been appointed as the new CEO of the Plymovent Group. He worked in comparable companies in similar positions for several years.
